Our team’s ethos at each stage of the development has been: “to do Real Estate differently”.  Rather than just high-rise buildings and infrastructure to ‘Work and Live’ our implementation strategy is to start with the RELAX element of our vision to create and develop an entertainment proposition.  We designed and incorporated entertainment spaces in the Masterplan and have utilised them accordingly.

ALBILAD TECHNICAL INTERFACE OFFICE

The Technical Interface Office (TIO) assists Third Party Developers (TPDs), Investors, Landowners and their Consultants through the design approvals process and assists the TPD Consultants in securing Government Authority approvals in order to protect project’s planning principles.

Through its Engineers and approachable procedures, the TIO is dedicated to assisting its esteemed partners and investors.

ALBILAD TIO SERVICES

  • Management of Water Garden City project Regulations and Guidelines (DCP), and Environmental & Construction regulations
  • Review TPD’s design proposals to ensure compliance of design drawings to the DCPs
  • Issuance of No Objection Certificates (NOC)

  • Provide Technical assistance to TPDs and their Consultants
  • Construction operations are monitored to verify compliance with authorized design drawings, to encourage safe working practices
  • Liase with local authorities to obtain required permits

On each beginning of collaboration with investors, owners, tenants, contactors, supplies the design handbooks standards & design regulations are a partnership declaration that establishes two-way engagements to which all parties are required to follow.
